Paddy Power enhanced odds!
AUSTRALIA v WALES BETTING PREVIEW Australia and Wales are both level on points at the top of Pool A but the Wallabies have a better points difference as they scored a total of 126 and conceded 29 whilst Wales have scored 105 and conceded 47 so far. They ended England's chances of making the knockout rounds with an impressive 13–33 victory at Twickenham last time out.

Wallabies coach Michael Cheika has made three changes to the side. Michael Hooper is suspended so Sean McMahon will start at openside flanker with David Pocock remaining at No. 8. Dean Mumm has been preferred to the lineout prowess of Rob Simmons while Rob Horne's place has been filled by Toulon's Drew Mitchell. Israel Folau and Matt Giteau have overcome ankle and rib injuries respectively and have been named in the starting XV.

Wales have also won all three of their matches so far, including a narrow 25–28 victory over tournament hosts England. They backed that success up with an easy 23–13 win against Fiji last time out and they looked as one of the toughest team in this tournament. Furthermore, the Welsh have the advantage of a few extra days rest.

Coach Warren Gatland has had to cope with a number of setbacks with Rhys Webb, Scott Williams, Leigh Halfpenny, Hallam Amos and Cory Allen all suffering tournament-ending injuries. They will field another new face at full-back in Gareth Anscombe, who was drafted into the squad after that injury rash. Paul James returns from injury to start in the front row alongside hooker Scott Baldwin and prop Samson Lee.Luke Charteris comes into the starting line up to partner Alun Wyn Jones.

Wales enter this fixture on a 10-match losing streak against Australia, a streak that stretches back nearly seven years. All of the last 9 victories for Australia have come within 9 points.
