BORUSSIA DORTMUND v WOLFSBURG BETTING PREVIEW

Borussia Dortmund reached the final after a win on penalties in their semi-final clash with Bayern Munich. They were extremely poor in the Bundesliga this term finishing five places and 23 points behind their opponents. They enter this mathc on the back of a 3-2 win over Werder Bremen that sealed UEFA Europa League qualification courtesy of nine wins in last fifteen matches.

Coach Jurgen Klopp has no fresh injury worries. Mitchell Langerak could start in goal again while Neven Subotic and Sokratis compete for a spot at centre-back. Jakub Blaszczykowski is doubtful and so Mkhitaryan, Kagawa and Reus will form the offensive trio behind the lone striker Aubameyang.

Wolfsburg will be looking to spoil Klopp’s party by emulating the 2-1 victory they managed over Dortmund just 14 days ago in the German Bundesliga. They had a much easier path to Berlin, beating 3rd division side Bielefeld 4-0 in the semi-finals. In Europa League they reached the quarter-finals where they were knocked out by Napoli while in the league they finished runner-up to Bayern.

Dieter Hecking is sweating over the fitness of Naldo, Ricardo Rodriguez, Diego Benaglio and Marcel Schafer, but all four are expected to recover in time for the match. Up front, Bas Dost is likely to lead the line with De Bruyne behind him, Daniel Caligiuri and Ivan Perisic on the flanks, while André Schürrle will initially sit on the bench.
