Top seed Novak Djokovic beat Roberto Bautista Agut 6-2, 4-6, 6-3, 6-2 in the semifinal. He has lost just two sets in the whole tournament. As to direct encounters, ha has beaten Federer in eight of their last 10 meetings and has now won a remarkable 33 of his last 34 Grand Slam matches. Federer is unbeaten on grass so far this year

Second seed Roger Federer beat Rafael Nadal in a thriller 7-6 (7-3), 1-6, 6-3, 6-4 in last Friday's second semifinal. After having a shaky start to the tournament, the journey of the Swiss legend has been more or less smooth. He has dropped just three sets on his route to the final. A big factor for Federer against Djokovic will be how good his service will be. Federer put 68 percent of his first serves in against Nadal and won 62 percent of his first service points. His best result of the current season was conquering the title in Dubai where he defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas in the final 6-4 6-4. Federer has a 38-4 record this year, 11-0 on grass.
