Denmark suffered a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Finland but actually nobody about the result. Christian Eriksen's spot in midfield will most likely be filled by Brentford's Mathias Jensen, but manager Kasper Hjulmand has options for change up top in the forms of Andreas Cornelius and Kasper Dolberg. We expect Dolberg to get the nod and start as the central forward, with Martin Brathwaite and Yussuf Poulsen playing out wide. Thomas Delaney and Pierre-Emile Hojberg will anchor the midfield, while Simon Kjaer will lead the backline after coming off just after the hour mark at the weekend.

Belgium (3-4-3): Courtois; Alderweireld, Boyata, Vermaelen; Meunier, Tielemans, Dendoncker, T.Hazard; Mertens, Lukaku, Carrasco

Eden Hazard came on as a second-half substitute against Russia means he will be in the frame to start against Denmark while Kevin De Bruyne returned to training on Monday and will be hoping to be fit to play at least a part of the match. Furthermore, Axel Witsel looks fully recovered and ready to play. Anyway, Timothy Castagne is out of Euro 2020 after suffering a double fracture in eye socket last time out and Jan Vertonghen took a knock to his ankle and should miss this one. Jason Denayer could find himself on the bench once again as Dedryck Boyata enjoys another run-out.

Denmark will try to bounce back from the opning round defeat. Playing in Copenhagen will help as they will have their fans to spur them, but it might not be enough. Although the obvious market favourite, Belgium still represent value and are well worth backing. A 2-0 scoreline is the most likely.
