England vs Germany Betting Preview
England won the group D with two wins and one draw. They started their Euro 2020 campaign with a hard fought victory over Croatia (1-0) and followed up with a disappointing goalless draw against Scotland. Their third game also finished with a lacklustre 1-0 win over Czech Republic. Two goals from Raheem Sterling was all this team produced so far. At least, Gareth Southgate's men are yet to concede a goal.Germany were minutes from crashing out against Hungary in their third and final Group F match. They salvaged a 2-2 draw against Marco Rossi's men - courtesy of a Leon Goretzka's late strike - to book themselves a knockout spot. Prior to that, Joachim Low's men suffered a 1-0 defeat at the hands of France and hammered Portugal 4-2 in their second outing in Munich. They kept a clean sheet just once in the past six games.

Probable Line-Ups
England (4-3-3): Pickford; Shaw, Maguire, Stones, Walker; Henderson, Rice, Phillips; Grealish, Sterling, KaneSouthgate restored Harry Maguire to his starting XI against the Czech and the Man UTD centre back is likely to retain his berth. The likes of Bukayo Saka and Jack Grealish produced a great display last time out and they are also expected to feature from the off. As a result, Phil Foden may have to settle for a bench role on Tuesday. In midfield, Jordan Henderson should partner Declan Rice and Kalvin Phillips. Ben Chilwell and Mason Mount are still self-isolating after coming into contact with Scotland's Billy Gilmour, who tested positive for COVID-19. Their isolation should end on June 28, just one day before the kick-off.
Germany (3-4-2-1): Neuer; Ginter, Hummels, Rudiger; Gosens, Kimmich, Goretzka, Kroos; Muller, Havertz; Gnabry
Thomas Muller recovered and played the final 20 minutes against Hungary and is expected to be restored in the starting XI. Leroy Sanè or Serge Gnabry should make room while Kai Havertz will retain his berth. Few changes are expected elsewhere. In the middle of the park, Leon Goretzka and Ilkay Gundogan are in contention to partner Toni Kroos, while Joshua Kimmich and Robin Gosens will be selected as starting wing backs in a 3-4-2-1 system.

England v Germany Predictions
Joachim Low has promised that we will see a ‘different’ Germany in the knockouts, but the defense and the lack of a world-class striker remain a concern, despite Die Mannschafft put 4 past Portugal in their second game. England are unbeaten in nine matches (8W 1D), looked solid at the back but haven't been that impressive on the other side of the pitch. Despite that, they should have the tools to exploit Germany's defensive frailties and they are playing at home too. We expect England to win by a single goal of margin. The 1-0 and 2-1 look the most likely correct scores.
