The Spurs striker still has a 'gentleman's agreement' in place to leave the club - and speculation has surrounded his future at Spurs this summer with his contract set to expire in North London at the end of next season.
A disappointing season - Spurs finished 8th - will see the Lilywhites only watching European football next year. For a world-class striker like Kane, that is simply not good enough.
The Tottenham talisman, who enters the last year of his six-year deal with the club that runs until 2024, has enjoyed another outstanding campaign. His brace against Leeds on the final weekend of the 2022/23 Premier League season saw him break the 30-goal barrier for the second time.
Anyway, with trophies looking further away than ever, and Kane nearing his 30th birthday, he will probably look for new adventures elsewhere.
Any move for Kane is expected to go not far away from the £100 million treshold, with some reports suggesting Daniel Levy will demand nearer to £120m. Despite that price, there will be plenty of big clubs willing to snap him up.
Bayern Munich have emerged as the early frontrunners for the England skipper with the club still looking for a proper Lewandowski's repalcement after the Pole left the Bavarians last summer. Manchester United and Chelsea also linked with a big-money swoop for the 29-year-old.

A player of Kane’s quality deserves to be winning the biggest trophies in world football but Spurs don't want to sell Harry Kane, especially to a Premier League rival.
Anyway, Kane would prefer to remain in England and, honestly, only Bayern Munich and Manchester UTD look able to satisfy a £80-120M demand this summer, unless PSG sell Kylian Mbappè to Real Madrid.
Manchester UTD were briefly favourites to sign Harry Kane but appear to have been put off by the asking price.

As big as 20/1 earlier in the summer, Bayern Munich are now as short as 4/5 to buy Harry Kane in the transfer window.
Reports suggest the German champions have offered £70m for the England captain.
The Bavarian giants have yet to properly replace Robert Lewandowski and have played most of the last season with Eric-Maxime Choupo-Moting up front.
The club is gearing up for an extensive squad rebuild this summer after last season’s failure in the Champions League and an unconvincing Bundesliga campaign, so Harry Kane might be the right name to start rebuilding.

Manchester United clearly need a top player up front, although Marcus Rashford was impressive as central striker last season. Anthony Martial is definetely not a scoring machine and Wout Weghorst's loan didn't pay any dividend. Chelsea have struggled last season and will not play any European competition in 2023/24. The Londoners have hired Mauricio Pochettino, a manager that knows Harry Kane very well. The striker would love playing under Pochettino once again, so we would keep an eye on this option.

Spurs have openly said that clubs outside of England would have to pay less than those within the Premier League and this could facilitate the transfer.
Anyway, we believe that Real Madrid's number one target this summer is Kylian Mbappè.

To Stay At Tottenham - EVS
The top online bookmakers believe that Harry Kane staying with Tottenham is currently the likeliest outcome this summer. The reason might be a lack of rumours, interest or anything else from other suitors until late June.
Considering that transfers have failed to materialise in the last few years and could be the case again, Harry Kane could also stay for at least one more year should he decide to extend his contract this summer.
Of course, the club will not riks to lose his talisman on a free transfer next year.
The Best of the Rest
PSG (22/1 with Ladbrokes)will be a serious contender should Mbappè leave the club. Anyway, Kane will surely prefer to play in Spain or Germany, rather than spend his prime years in Ligue 1.
Newcastle (40/1 with Betfair) surely have the financial power to make a bid and they will play Champions League football next year. Hence the Magpies could be the dark horse here.
Manchester City (66/1 with Bet365) don't seem interested in signing Harry Kane, having found in Erling Haaland they striker they looked for a decade.
Barcelona (66/1 with BetUk) could be an option only if they sell Lewandowski in Saudi Arabia.
