2023/24 Premier League Outright Betting Preview
The 2023/24 Premier League season gets underway on August 11 with Manchester City targeting a fourth-successive title, after coming from behind last season to get past Arsenal who led the table for most of the time.
This season will have no winter break for the World Cup, as it happened last year to allow national teams playing the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
If Man City are the odds-on favourites to retain their domestic title, Erling Haaland is super favourite to be the top scorer once again. The Norwegian broke all the records last year, scoring a whopping 36 goals in the league.
His closest rivals for the Golden Boot race will be Harry Kane (should he stay at Spurs), Son Heung Min, Mohammed Salah, Darwin Nunez, Marcus Rashford and Gabriel Jesus. Of course, should any Premier League sign Kylian Mbappè this summer, we will have a two-horse race between the Frenchman and Haaland.
So, let's take a look at the betting markets and outright bets on who will end up at the top of the table, who will be relegated, who will be the Top Scorer and which teams will grab a Top 4 berth.

Who will win the 2023/24 Premier League title?
Last season’s Premier League was a thrilling two horse race with Arsenal taking Man City all the way to the final month before finally succumbing.
This year shouldn't be much different, according to the best betting sites.
Manchester City will look to secure a record fourth consecutive title. Last season Pep Guardiola's men became only the second English team to complete the Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League treble. The club has been surprisingly quiet so far in terms of transfers, with Mateo Kovacic the only summer signing (the former Chelsea midfielder will replace Ilkay Gundogan in the roster).
Arsenal were top of the table for most of the time last season, but finished 5 points shy of City at te end. The Gunners have invested heavily this summer, bringing Declan Rice, Kai Havertz and Jurrien Timber in North London. They will have more experience and quality for sure, but also a Champions League to play after a six year absence.
Liverpool struggled last season and finished out of the Top 4 in Premier League. The reds added Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai to their team, hoping their midfield issues from last time around are solved. With these important additions, Jurgen Klopp's men are the favourites to join Arsenal and Man City in the Top 4.
Manchester UTD will start the second year of the Ten Hag's era and improvements are expected in all departments. Andrè Onana, Rasmus Hojlund and Mason Mount are the notable signins for the Red Devils this summer.
After crashing the top four race ahead of schedule last year, Newcastle should be considered a genuine contender fot a Top 4 berth this season. The Magpies will play European football and have added depth to their squad, acquiring Harvey Barnes from Leicester and Sandro Tonali from AC Milan.
Ange Postecoglu's Tottenham look a bit behind, expecially if they lose their skipper Harry Kane (you can read here our Harry Kane Next Club betting tips). The Spurs have purchased Gugliemo Vicario, Destiny Udogie, James Maddison, and Manor Solomon - good additions but not enough to turn the team in a title contender.
After a disastrous season, Chelsea are likely to be the most improved team under new manager Mauricio Pochettino this term. The Blues splashed out £585.5 million on 16 new players across the summer transfer window 2022 and the January transfer window 2023 - since Todd Boehly completed his purchase of the club last year. Important players such as N'Golo Kantè, Kalidou Koulibaly, Cesar Azpilicueta, Mateo Kovacic, Mason Mount and Kai Havertz left the team, and a plethor of young talents joined the Blues: Christopher Nkunku, Jackson Martinez, and Levi Colwill above all. We believe the Blues will need a couple of years before joining the title race again.

2023/24 Premier League Top Four Betting Tips
As you can probably guess, Manchester City and Arsenal are heavy favourites to make the top four at 1/16 and 1/2 with Unibet and Bet365 respectively.
Man UTD and Newcastle both finished in the top four at the end of last season, and we’d certainly back the Red Devils at 4/5 with Betfred considering tha they should have a better start this season in the second year of Ten Hag's era.
Liverpool and Newcastle will probably fight for the remaining spot, and we would back Jurgen Klopp's men to pip the rivals at 4/7 with Unibet.
Chelsea, Brighton and Tottenham could be the surprise packages.

2023/24 Premier League Relegation Betting Tips
A number of teams were lucky to stay in the Premier League last season and the likes of Wolves, Everton and Bournemouth will be battling relegation once again.
Newly promoted teams Luton, Sheffield United and Burnley are among favourites to go down however. We’d certainly back the Hatters to face the drop, while Wolves and Bournemouth will also find it a struggle this season at 7/2 with Boylesports and 5/2 with Ladbrokes respectively.
Aston Villa, Crystal Palace and West Ham are being tipped to do well, while Nottingham Forest could be worth a punt on relegation at 11/4 with Betfred, as well all know how difficult is remaining up for the second straight year.
Everton are at 3/1 to face the drop, which could be interesting given the Toffees finished 17th last season and they have not strenghten the team enough this summer.

2023/24 Premier League Top Scorer Tips
The race for the 2022/23 Premier League Golden Boot was dominated by Erling Haaland, who scored a record-breaking 36 goals.
The Manchester City striker is the obvious favorite to finish as the top scorer, but Mohamed Salah and Harry Kane the closest rivals at time of writing.
Salah won back to back Golden Boots in 2017/18 and 2018/19 and made a hat-trick in 2021/22. Anyway, last year the Egyptian only scored 19 goals. With renewed motivation and a new midfield behind him, the Liverpool star should be able to improve his tally.
Harry Kane won the Golden Boot in 2020/21 and finished 2nd last season in the Top Goalscorer chart with 30 goals netted. The England international is expected to join Bayern Munich this summer, hence we would not backing him unless he will stay in North London.
Kane's team-mate Heung Min Son won the Golden Boot two years ago but struggled last season as he only netted 10 times. Should Kane leave the club, the South Korean will be main attacking terminal and he should be able to take advantage of Ange Postecoglu's offnesive style. He wouldn't trouble Haaland but we expect "Sonny" to score at least 15 goals.
Other possible contenders are Darwin Nunez (he should score more than in his first season), Marcus Rashford, Gabriel Jesus (if he stays fit all season), Alexeander Isak and Ollie Watkins, who finished last season very well.
New Chelsea signings Christopher Nkunku and Jackson Martinez could be the surprise packages in this special market.
