The riders clip into their pedals near Paris La Défense Arena in Nanterre, a western suburb of Paris.
Most of the route towards pars is flat, except a fourth category climb that will award the final KOM point.

Following the eight laps of almost 7 kilometres on the Champs-Élysées circuit, the biggest bike race in the world comes to a stap at breakneck speeds.
Since 1975, les Champs-Elysées has been home to the final stage of the Tour de France and another sprint finish is next to certain.
Stage 21 Favourites
Wout Van Aert powered to victory on the Champs-Élysées last year, something that underlined his extraordinary versatility.
The Belgian has been amazing almost every day of this year's Tour De France, including on Saturday's individual time trial. He is the most brilliant rider after these three weeks of racing, and is the natural favorite to win the stage.
Van Aert faces competition from three main competitors - Fabio Jakobsen, Dylan Groenewegen and Jasper Philipsen. They have won a bunch sprint each, with Wout Van Aert finishing runner-up in all three occasions. They also have strong leadouts that will fight to bring their captain in the best position with 250 meters to go.
The likes of Peter Sagan, Caleb Ewan and Mads Petersen all have podium ambitions while Alexander Kristoff, Alberto Dainese and Hugo Hofstetter would be more than happy with a Top 5 placement.
Dark horses?
Historically, successful breakaways are very unlikely in the final stage of the Tour De France. In a such scenario, finisheurs with good time-trial skills are the riders to look for.
Stefan Kung, Stefan Bissegger, Nils Politt, Edwald Boasson Hagen, Maximilian Schachmann, Brandon McNulty, Matej Mohoric and Jan Tratnik are the main candidates for a major upset.
